We've never NOT paid a player. Our players ALWAYS get paid--processing can vary but is seldom outside our stated parameters which are more a factor of our check processors than any internal delays. Ask any p2p or ewallet guy--those go right out. See the SBR monthly payout thread...

We've got more DEPOSIT options now than just about anyone I can think of--including your FAVORITE CC. It's taken a year to get here, but we're here as promised.

Now we're working on sorting even better PAYOUT methods. This should go a lot faster.

Just requested my first payout that wasn't book to book....check request on march 4th, march 31st no check, live chat no idea whats going on. Two different live chat reps informed me they'd email me with an answer, neither emailed me and now the $2500 is back in my betonline acct with no contact from anyone as to why it's back in there.

I'm a big fan of the "new" betonline but payouts definitely need some work, please give me a wire option. I don't like feeding other books to process payouts, and I'm sure the books I'm feeding who pay me don't like it either.

Yup all taken care of, they offered an overnight money order sent out today(Monday) and at my house tomorrow. Appreciated the phone call letting me know whats going on.
