That might or might not have happened. EZstreet and Shilheim both say it did, but they have been caught in many lies already. I wouldn't believe any of their claims unless they show the actual proof. Claiming to have proof but failing to produce it is not enough. Several times in this case the "proof" they have shown has wound up shooting down their own assertions.

I have seen at least one poster say he has info that there was no ********** in that case.

I know Justin has advised cory1111 to keep quiet until this case is resolved, but it is suspicious he (cory1111) is not commenting on these particular allegations. But I am done assuming that EZstreet and Shilheim have the proof they claim they do, because their lies have been exposed several times already.

A lot of claims were made. I only considered those that were proven. In most instances, no proof whatsoever was offered.

There were numerous instances where EZ made statements it could not prove, misleading statements, misleading omissions, and outright false claims. Of the two parties, Cory1111 was far more credible at the end.

AMEN to this, If you are ever going to play offshore casino beware of this I won a royal flush at OASIS casino years ago, and had to deal with a ton of crap from then, but I did get paid. When the Vegas casinos finally get allowed here all will be right with the world.

Justin, If the claim by Northbet is that he altered a $50 receipt to make it look like he sent them $450, then it should be real easy to find out how much he really sent them by just calling or going to a local one and have the store clerk look up the transaction number. Is it possible he tried this same type of thing at ES with his initial deposit there?

I did not handle the Northbet complaint, so I don't have all the facts. The player says Northbet gave him the wrong instructions, so the transfer was botched. I don't know if Northbet even received $50, or whether Cory got his deposit back (no matter what it was). It wasn't my dispute.

I don't know what the issue was with the first deposit to EZ either. That wasn't the focus of the dispute. If they can show the player did a ********** on the first deposit, they certainly deserve a credit for that amount. Beyond that though, they still welcomed the player with open arms, so it's hard to penalize beyond reimbursement.
