The Greek phone customer service

    The Greek phone customer service
    So this isn't a big issue but does anyone else find it very hard to hear the customer service people at The Greek when you call? The volume is really low for me and combined with the accent I really struggle to get all of the details. I feel like a dick when I constantly ask them to repeat things.

    I have the volume on my phone turned up to the max and haven't had this issue outside of The Greek.

    They are Jamaican maan, lol. I understand, I had the same problem the one time I called them. I have a very difficult time with certain accents.

        Yes, I try to stick to e-mail with them whenever possible.

          I do as well. To make a withdrawl though the only option is to call in, it's the only time this ever comes up.

            Never use the phone offshore, and i really mean never if not forced to.
            This is why you use an online book, ppl who phone bets in need their heads examined.

                that is music to my ears michael777! Always just assumed that since they request you to call that it was the only option.

                    1) Yes, slightly.
                    2) Yes.

                    I politely ask for them to repeat what they have said until I am clear. I figure that they have trouble with my 'Kaintuck Brogue', also.

                        Sent an email and got a response in about an hour to tell me it was completed.

                          The email responses are the fastest in the industry by far... I USUALLY get a reply within 30 minutes, if not much less. Really amazing....

                          As for the phone, its very difficult to hear them... the accents to bother me at all because I live in Rhode Island where half the state has some kind of foreign accent. But the problem is lately there has been some problems on there ends.... Sounds almost like they are muting the phone call for a second or two, but aren't. Might be a problem with there connections? Doesn't happen when I call Bet Jamaica though, so its weird. They get annoyed, as everyone does, when you ask them to repeat several times.... Can't blame them though, I'm sure they get it way too many times every day.

                            You can make a withdrawal via e-mail,it s no necessary to call them.The volume is really low.
