There was a disagreement about the initial deposit. It was not fully investigated, because the dispute resolved before all fact finding. After that one disputed deposit, they allowed him to keep depositing and playing.
At worst, there is a $400 dispute between Cory and Northbet. It certainly was not a 15k scam.Comment -

They did not correct their mistake. Look back at the threads. They graded certain wagers No Action/Push even though WWE.com listed specific winners (michael cole). What about Betfair? I had a soccer wager voided with 2 minutes left with Schalke winning by 2 goals but some fan tossed a beer bottle and hit a ref. Some books paid it out but Legends voided mine even though it was a guaranteed winner. So isn't that stealing?
Scroll through all the books and you will find EVERY book has had complaints. Bodog went months without paying people due to "processor issues" Were they broke?
Where is your proof they don't have money? That is the fantastic thing that I love to hear is that everyone accuses them of that. People are getting payouts.
Bottom line Pokerplayer... any defense you have can be countered by another example of a highly rated book doing something similar. Theft is theft right? Whether it be 100.00 or 46k. That is what you and a handful of others use as a most common defense here.
But again.. please read and list facts. Search the 5dimes issue because clearly "Correcting mistakes" Never happened. I guess we will just have to add that to the many different claims... hundreds of payouts a week... I am alex powers... Stevex is alex powers... yet more claims with no proof.
Just make it easy.. you and Cory can go register a domain. www.alexpowersisacrook.com and then post story after story. I would not be surprised if you would accuse him for putting together the 9/11/01 attacks. Heck go as far as listing his supposed whereabouts and the fact that all he does is cheat people....sources confirmed by someone who has taken a shot at a book (pokerplayer) and a player who has charged back numerous other books (cory)... The information is about as reliable as the weekly world news.
Why not focus on Cory going to the FBI? I don't think a single law enforcement agency would say "Oh hey you just received a death threat regarding an online gambling establishment... why don't you just keep posting every few hours... let's see what happens?"Comment -

The guy is a Pro scammer and SBR is supporting him. He fraudently deposits $400 and wins $15K. If the original deposit was fraudelent, then anything he won thereafter is void.Comment -

I.e., case closed as far as Northbet was concerned.
Apparently if hedgehog has a big end of year bonus coming from his employer amounting to 46k, and the employer then finds out that hedgehog had a disputed $400 amount with his CC company once upon a time which has since been settled, that it is OK for his employer to then stiff him for 46k.
This is simply not the way the justice system works (in the Western World, at least), is immoral, unethical, illegal, and basically, just plain stupid as a justification for nonpayment.
This would be called theft, for a simple reason - because it is theft.
Even the room temperature IQ crowd at the RX understood this.
The only left who doesn't is hedgehog.

If you would read past posts Cory. My stance is you should get your deposits back. I personally have not had any issues with this book and if you go back to when they were first involved with SBR numerous well known posters (fishhead) never had one issue with this book. In my opinion neither you nor Easystreet has handled this well at all.
When you create a complaint the last thing you do is immediately take to the forums in a crusade against the book. By all means bump the thread every single day numerous times if you have to. I am done fighting because it all ends with the same thing...

With the thinking process that some of your supporters have... any book who has ever had 1 complaint should be automatically put at an F or D- or is broke. File a complaint and let SBR/RX/EOG/whoever investigate BEFORE slamming the book. Books rectify problems to save face but when you already created 15 threads slamming everyone from the owner of the book to a customer service rep, what incentive do they have? Whether a bot was used or not. The steps you take are working with the book BEFORE you shout and insult everyone who is associated with the book and their players... believe it or not I am just a player.
Hindsight is always 20/20. I just know I have been betting online since 2000 and have NEVER filed one complaint and was fortunate enough to never have any major issue that could not be resolved without a phone call. I was even lucky enough to make a rather large withdrawl from sportsbook while others were burned years ago. You had 2 issues eerily similar within 4 months. Once is bad luck... twice is bad player.
These are all opinions.... I don't know you and I will never meet you. I just think sticking to the facts and being reasonable is always the smartest thing. Whether you like it or not the books always have the power to pay or void a wager. They always have a variety of excuses to use.. everything from "Processor issues" to "we used up our instant transfer names today".

xstud I was lied to from the get go. I never wanted this situation. The way I was treated at RX and by Easystreet no player should be put through that. My past was irrelevant in this situation ,regardless of what some may think. I was called thing myself. Easystreet could handled this themselves ,they had over 2 weeks. Anyone from Easystreet can denying it,but I am sure they lost alot more than 46k from this situation so far. Easystreet could of ended this along time ago, instead they either didnt have the money to pay or didnt want too. Believe it or not everytime these posts show up they lose money for the sportsbook.Comment -
