It seems to me that a lot of players were reporting getting paid from the last page of posts. I have also been called, and I think I may go ahead and deposit again. On my last withdrawal requested via check a little over a month ago, they called me back a few days after the request to say the checks were taking too much time so they offered a free ** payout which I received right away. At that time they were running a little behind, but seem to be able to handle the smaller payouts thru person to person just fine. And since they now seem to be catching up with the other methods, I believe my money is safe there.Comment -

BP has had problem after problem paying off. Not all customers have problems, but many do. This should bre unacceptable to any player. 2-3 weeks to get paid? There is no reason for that, unless they are financial unstable.Comment -

Around Jan-March of 2011 BetPhoenix had minor difficulty with their website. Payout request delay through online option. Many phone call complaints from angry customers who are having trouble getting access on their account. I found out why is because they were in the middle of a transition with casino and sportsbook, migrate both into one. This transition has been made and I haven't heard any bad report ever since.

i think it works this way.........first they earn an "A+ or A or A-" rating and then and only then are they allowed to advertise on sbr...its a win-win-win situation for sbr & the books but especially for us players
