    Easy street $46K dispute solution
Easystreet and reps from DGS come to the US with Justin7 as a 3rd party arbitrator and allow Cory1111 the opportunity to play 6 hours with no pause of the game in question to demonstrate that he is not only capable of playing perfect strategy but at 16 hands or better per minute.

No lie detector, no safety concerns, no excuses, if the player can prove that he was capable of doing this without the use of a bot than he should be paid.

Justin7 is the most qualified person with a non biased opinion who will make an honest ruling.

If EZ comes to the town where Cory lives (or at least close)and diesnt make him travel halfway around the world, then I actually believe this isnt a bad proposal.

      Now you are talking .
I say they meet on the neutral territory , how about HongKong ?
While Cory is playing 6 hours with no pause . Guys can play russian roulette, just to kill time .
And instead of Justin7 local mob will do the ruling .

This thing has turned into a comedy! I told you long time ago- this game goes on and on and on and in the end hits the wall. ES will be downgraded. And that will be the end of it. Why does winning player has to prove anything. Did he hack into their system? No. All the other accusations are BS.

We are hoping Cory1111 will tell us.

I would say there are 2 ways to do it that I am aware of.

1)The ability to play perfect strategy VP, a 500ml capacity bag with a urine catheter inserted into your little buddy, a baseball stadium hat with a holster for 2 soda cans with a tube running to your mouth, and an assistant to light your cigarettes and to spoon feed you when you are hungry, no sneezing or ass scratching, along with the uncanny ability to continue to play non-stop even after hitting a big royal flush.

                2) use a "bot" software program that will continuously play perfect strategy while you throw the ball with the boy in the backyard.

he obv used a bot. Now the question is..is using a bot on their was forbidden and if. WHy

Some new info has been revealed on other forums that makes the player's case better. The RX and their moderators are known for taking pretty extreme measures to protect advertisers. Example, I've been on post review at the RX for over a year for making one polite but slightly critical post about 5Dimes and their customer service. An RX moderator has claimed that the player was clearly using a bot because he played another hand 2 seconds after hitting a royal, and "any person would pause for a bit after hitting a royal and call their friend to tell him." But here's the smoking gun--what bot would take 2 entire seconds to hit deal to play the next hand? It would impossible to play 18 hands per minute if the bot required 2 seconds to make each decision.

Also, poster WVU who seems to be knowledgeable about video poker and video poker bots stated that Easy Street's software automatically holds the cards for you when you are dealt a paying hand. This speeds up the playing process considerably.

                        1) Who said he never took a single break in the 5 hours? Even if he didn't, apparently you aren't aware of the long sessions some poker multitablers play. Go onto a poker discussion board like twoplustwo and say "I heard a guy played internet poker for 5 hours straight without taking a break, he must be a bot right?" and watch how quickly you get laughed off the forum. And playing a bunch of poker tables at once takes a lot more concentration than playing one video poker "machine" in a game where the strategy is extremely simple.

                        2) What bot takes two seconds to deal the next hand?

skrtel i agree with you when youre saying some guys can play alot more than 5 hours withtout any break on multitable poker online. But theyre making error some time.. corey111 dont make any error and play the possible strategy at each hand and this for 5000+ ahnd into 6 hours. every 3 second he had to choose and he never get wrong. no cmouse error. no concentration error. Nothing, just the perfect play during 6 complete hour.

                              1) 18 hands a minute is about 3.33 seconds per hand it is not odd at all if it took 1.7 seconds between hands in which it would be likely that they rounded that number up to 2 seconds, or are you implying that you know for a fact that it took exactly 2.00 seconds?

                              2) easystreet software is identical to SBR software it only holds your cards in obvious scenarios, in scenarios where no cards are held it takes more than 3 seconds to click on each individual card. Try it for yourself if you like heres 50 points.

                              3) At 3.33 seconds a hand if he did not pause ever it would take more than 3.33 seconds to take a sip of soda, scratch your ass, and stretch. Not sure what guys playing poker for 6 hours non stop has to do with this? We are not talking about bathroom breaks here we are talking about something as small as a 1.5 second pause. I guess you do not have enough of a sense of humor to realize that I was being sarcastic in a joking manner.

Sharpcat, I like your solution. Add SBR_John's penalty approach for % deduction according to +EV gained if he was using a bot. If EZ can't go to the US for legal reasons, hopefully they can find an associate who can go or have a contact there already whom they trust.

For all these people who say it is impossible to play 3 second hands at EasyStreet have you ever tried? I think you will be surprised that it is not that hard. Click on the fast deal button at the right on their software and give it a whirl. Unless you have actually tried doing it with the software it is irresponsible to post that it can't be done.

As far as using perfect strategy, I could sit down with anyone on this forum and after a 3 hour video poker seminar, I can have you playing at least near perfect VP and assuming you have decent dexterity at the speeds that Cory played. If I spent another hour and made 5 hot keys for holding the cards I have no doubt most could play even faster in the 20 hands per minute range.

Before you say it can't be done, try it out yourself.

Yes, that statement was incorrect. The player actually took a break for 19 minutes the hand after he hit the royal (presumably he hit "deal" before he noticed he'd hit the royal) according to the game log posted at the RX. So whoever from EasyStreet claimed the player didn't take a break after hitting the royal was lying.

The RX claimed he took 2 seconds after hitting his royal to deal the next hand but that was misleading. The player played one hand after hitting the royal and then took a break for 19 minutes. When you play quickly you usually hit "deal" for the next hand quickly enough that you don't know what happened on the last hand. So he played one hand after hitting the royal and then took a 19 minute break, so EasyStreet was flat out lying when they claimed that his failure to take a break after the royal was a sign of using a bot.

                                              2) easystreet software is identical to SBR software it only holds your cards in obvious scenarios, in scenarios where no cards are held it takes more than 3 seconds to click on each individual card. Try it for yourself if you like heres 50 points.
Yes, the "obvious scenarios" is what I meant by a paying hand. Whenever you're dealt a paying hand (jacks or better) it holds the cards automatically. It does not take more than 3 seconds to click on the card. The SBR software only displays the last 30 hands so I can't post a full log, and I thought I played 30 but actually only played 24, but anyway, here's 24 hands I played in 87 seconds, about 16.55 hands per minute. I'm using a corded mouse plugged into a laptop that doesn't have a lot of free RAM, and the mouse is sitting right on a desk that isn't the best surface for moving a mouse quickly, so not the fastest input device. The use of a better input device like hotkeys mapped to holding the cards could easily increase the speed to 18 hands per minute. Anyway you'll see that in quite a few of the hands I was able to deal again in 3 seconds. Most of the 5 and 6 second breaks were because I misclicked and had to unselect one card and reselect another card. This is the first time in quite a while I've tried to play VP quickly on a computer so a more experienced player using a better input device could easily top my rate.

I'll paste the full game log in a followup post but it might not be legible.

As it turns out EasyStreet was lying about the above and in the game log they posted, the player did frequently pause. I guess dealing with scamming sportsbooks and casinos that are obvious scams but are still defended by forum posters like yourself has removed my sense of humor. It should have been obvious they were lying after they refused to let Justin7 mediate the dispute and had a book where they advertise mediate instead.

Cory is definately not the most upstanding guy but in this case EZ needed to pay this 46k and Powers flat out stole his money. The man should be locked up in jail.

No lie detector, no safety concerns, no excuses, if the player can prove that he was capable of doing this without the use of a bot than he should be paid.

Justin7 is the most qualified person with a non biased opinion who will make an honest ruling.

This proposition is absurd. What if the player has a bad day?

It merely provides grounds for the book to deny payment.

The player won; there is no evidence of fraud whatsoever.

The player is owed, and the book has no basis to reasonably deny payment. There is no rule or reason why the player should be subjected to such nonsense.

Is this the precedent that you are happy with? Next time you want to withdraw, "sure we'll pay you, if we can call you up and grill you about your sports knowledge for 3 hours."
