I originally signed up because they had a 25% cash bonus during March Madness listed on their website. When I called to make my account, a lady named Julie (or Judy) answered and said, actually said, "it's actually 40% cash bonus, with 5x rollover!"

So obviously I said sure! I have just completed my rollover and requested my ****** payout today, but they told me it's a holiday in Panama so the withdrawal will have to be processed tomorrow and should be here by Fri at latest.

It's a good book but lacks alot of prop and live bets you can find elsewhere. Overall wagering experience is 7/10.

I'll update you guys on the withdrawal.

Wait till you withdraw, then win again a little. When you are going to withdraw a second time , watch your limits to me lowered to peanuts.Then again they are peanuts to begin with. First 30 days up to $500, than they can be increased to $1000 by management decision. You win a little and they will come down like the Berlin wall.

Worth noting they do -105/-105 on Fridays from 12 pm EST to 4 pm EST. Also, if you've done 5x25 bets on basketball you can go on live chat and get a free bet on anything to win 20.

I wish they had a decent loyalty program like a couple other books do so i have chose others to play with for now.

In general (apart from their Friday special), they have -110/-110 which is higher juice than you can get elsewhere like Pinnacle (if non US), 5Dimes, etc. For example, they may offer -105/-115 whereas elsewhere may have +100/-110. However, they offer bonuses, have great CS, fast payouts etc so it's up to you.

The reason I won't continue to play there is they have limited UFC betting, limited props betting, no live betting whatsoever, and a pretty bad website.

But for customer service, fast payouts and an awesome bonus, there's not many books better.
