Customer service has been very nice to me also. Bonus- no problem. Over all pleasant experience so far. Everything was outstanding up to that $46k incident . Since that happened I have been wondering what kind of tricks mr. Austin Powers will pull on you once you wanna withdraw $10K. Their house rules do state that this place is for entertainment purposes only and professional play is strictly prohibited. What that means is - when ever you win $10 for example,you most likely be labeled as pro and you not get paid. They could not make casino player a pro so they made him a robot.

That trip to Costa Rica was probably a joke. No person in their right mind can take that seriously. If that was the case than before you know all the people who want to withdraw something have to take the trip to Costa Rica first. Besides, you don't go to Costa Rica to get your $46k. You know why? i got paid real easy 5 times this past weekend... payout on the weekends too... that's huge plus!!!

Never claimed they never issued payouts. Hell, probably 90% of their customers get paid. Even sportsbook.com issues payouts. All i am claiming is that if you happen to win big, you are in jeopardy of not receiving your money as their GM is known throughout the industry for pulling such antics. That reason alone would make me deposit to other, more safe books. It isnt a coincidence that Jazz went right down the crapper

well.. understand that you didn't make any comments about how they don't pay their customers at all... but because of your thread, most people thinks that easy street just don't pay their customers.
