just found out Alex Powers will check the tapes tomorrow and find out what happened.. Is Alex Powers the guy that was with some book that ripped people off... I guess this is what I get for playing @ book that gives out 100% and 50% bonuses.. this should be interesting... ok going to bed... I wasted enough time and $$$.. will post tomorrow when Alex Powers checks the tapes...

yeah right terrible service..... Called 10 mins before Byu and Gonzaga started tried to put in a 2 team if win only... The clerk goes sir the most you can wager on this game is 500... ok I want to risk 567 on BYU over 150 buying a 1/2 point to 149 then if that wins only Uconn buying a 1/2 point also risking 567... for some reason the clerk kept trying to ask the line mgr Mark if that was ok. They kept saying something about the system and I need to call my agent... wtf.. I ask what are my limits they say 500 to win.. ok so how in the world could not that wager get in.. finally after 15 mins trying to get the bet in Mark gets on the phone and says the game has already started now.. Yeah no crap me and the agent were trying to get this bet in 15 mins.. I can't wait until they check the tapes today.... I will never play @ this book.... just a bunch of crap that goes on... so whoever said they are a class act.. I will agree if they give me credit for my bet the clerk messed up... otherwise... they are just as bad as everybody else said... got that Marvin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone should wait for the truth to come out about the player in question. IF he takes up the offer to fly to CR then clearly Mr. Powers will gladly pay him, however if he does not fly down what does he have to be afraid of?

Aren't you the guy that scammed them by convincing the customer service rep to give you a $100 freeplay before you actually deposited and than took a shot at them on a big parlay running your balance up? And you are still this pissed off that they asked you to deposit the amount that you originally agreed to deposit before being awarded your bonus and completing the rollover requirement. You are blowing this way out of proportion. So what they did not want to accept your same game IF wager which exceeded their max betting limit, move on you would not be here crying if one of the bets lost. Your wager was declined prior to the game starting and books have a right to not accept any wager.

I have to agree with stash if they pay the casino player the 46K I may deposit with them in the future, aside from that they have not wronged any players.

Why should the player have to fly to CR to get paid? Not that I wouldnt go down there for 46k but he shouldnt have to. At any other reputable book, you win, you get paid without having to go halfway around the world only to "maybe" get paid.

Since there is not a player in the world that would not feel that a casino who doesnt pay," especially in the amount of 46,000 doll." is not a big deal. Also, there is not a player out there who would deposit a penny in any sportsbook if they thought they would have to fly to Costa Rica to collect the money that is owed to them.
