this is just my opinion based on experience playing with them for couple days now... I deposited $50 on Monday... their customer service staffs are very friendly. I got lucky and end up with balance of $400ish. Every Tuesday, they have free withdrawal available. So before I went to work on Tuesday morning, I sent them an email(copy and paste the emaill address from thei website) requesting a person to person payout. I called back around 12:30ish to check on my payout status and rep said they never received my email which was weird since I just copy and past their email address but he said because the fact that my payout amount is pretty low, he will personally put the request in for me and I should still be able to pick up the money same day. So after work, I call them back to check the status again and the lady was like you request your payout after the cutoff time and it will be processed tomorrow. So I had to explain the whole thing and she was like I am the person who is in chage of processing the payout and I can't do it today. By that time, I lost couple hundred which I left on my account betting on baseball game... so I asked her to just cancel the payout and put the money back into my account. Yesterday, I got lucky again... from $250, I built my balance up to $1900. This morning, I called them to request a payout again. The lady I was talking with said I can call them back after 3pm to pick up my money. Well, I just called them right now and they have some delay processing payouts today but rep assured me that I will be able to pick it up tomorrow morning. Lately, I have seen couple threads regarding on easystreetsports. ppl are talking some shit about this book and I am not sure if it's from their personal experience. Some things I do not like about their book is that their betting limit is pretty low... and they won't let you parlay soccer games and spring training baseball games for some reason... but their customer service has been excellent so far... if I get paid tomorrow, I will have no complaints about this book.... but we will see tomorrow.

Although I have been bashing the book and their management, i have to believe you will be paid (mainly becuase the amount is still relatively low). It should take them too long to rathole a few deposits in to cover your payout. I do think its funny how they will stall and delay even for a day in hopes you lose your money back, which im glad you didnt. If you had lost it back though, I guarentee, you'd be fuming mad right now (and rightfully so)Comment -
I deposited also 4-5 days ago. I'm just starting ti build up the balance. So far they have been nice. CS is very nice in their attitude towards customer. I talked to them before depositing. They said they have not a single case of not paying a player. At that point that was also true. Like Bugsy Seagal said- everybody deserves a fresh start once in a while. So presents of mr Powers over there and his sins in the past... I decided to give them a benefit of doubt.
Today's $46k seems to be the first red flag. It is very easy to be nice, but when customer brings his balance to mid 5 figures and you have to pay it out- that is when you see true nature of the book. I think ES is not the book who can afford to pay out mid 5 figure payments... They are a book where you can withdraw 4-5k for a few times . After that they it can easily be "hi honey, bye honey"Comment -

i just called them to ask about my limit... they said I had try out period before which allows me to bet 500-1000 per bet.... but now, since I have regular account with my own money in it, they lower my limit. After 1 month, they can review my account and raise the limit. I told them I am gonna have to move my money to some where else if it's going to be like that and the rep said he will send out the email to management to see if they can do something about it.... we'll see what happens...Comment -

JJ from there told me that for starters limit will be $500, after 30 days I can call in and ask limit to be increased to $1000. Now if after little winning it actually starts to go the other way, that is very disturbing news. With $250 limits it will be tough to coexist. That is why good exchange with enough liquidity is so valuable. All this nonsense would simply vanish... I have a feeling that ES may start nickle and dime pretty seriously to adjust their book for a rec. player who bets $100/game. If that happens, it will be the end of it!Comment -

Marvin is a liar, I never agreed to a polygraph test first of all,also sbr quote on quote said "a player does have to submit to a polygraph test to get a payout." Marvin called me several times saying I was getting paid and not to go public. They even threaten me that if i went public to SBR that I would not get paid. Marvin even called me with a witness on the phone saying he was sick to his stomach and that he was quitting his job because I was not getting paid. He has to give me 2 more days and even said if his bosses knew he was calling he would be getting fired. Hmmm. Do you not see a 46k payout complaint? Lets see how this gets resolved before we make judgement (me included). And my beef isnt necessarily with EZ but with their GM who is a known crook. Therefore when people ask about this book, I tell them to beware because I (along with many others) have been stiffed by this cheat. Ive also asked a couple of GM's at other books about this guy and he is well known in Costa Rica for being a complete stiff and crook. Back when i played at jazz (before I knew about SBR) Alex Powers stole $590 from me. I went to therx for help and got some guy named Wilhelm (or something like that) to help. He did side with me but the crook Powers refused to issue a payout. When i posted up on therx what happened, there were at least 5 other people that Powers had screwed. Since then, Ive asked a couple GM's (pm me Justin if you want those names and you can ask them yourself) at well respected books about this guy and they all had the same opinion. Plus I talked to a former employee of his "Big Jim Rivers" who told me what a scumbag this guy is.

very good news is that I received two payments today... hey Marvin, I tried to bet on Kansas st total for whole game and limit is 250.... I don't know what's going on.... limit is keep changing back and forth from 250 to 500 and back to 250.... this really annoys me.... even though I like easystreetsports as far as their customer service and quick payments goes, but if they keep changing my limits back and forth, not sure how much longer I can stay with this book...Comment -

My experience has been great with the book, but I cant even imagine, like most players on here, having a 46,000 dollar dispute with a book. For most recreational players the book seems like a great out, especially with their bonuses.
Their lines could use alot of work though. 5dimes gentleman is the book with best variety of lines, how hard is it to clone a good book with good lines ! offer us some fun lines to play the game with instead of the vanilla lines we get from most booksComment -
