I had it go down for a few minutes just before a game yesterday which was annoying as I was trying to confirm the wager had been placed. Turns out it had.

I had this situation several times the last months, but the bets had never been placed. Today the website was one time not reachable for me for five minutes. The problems are not solved.

I laugh when people say Pinnacle is not A+.

They have the best lines and pay 6+ figure payouts in minutes.

Who else has -104 NFL, -105 most everything, and processes basically all payouts in under 30 minutes?

Agree, they may not be perfect but there is no other book out there with these features! Maybe some book has one or another but nobody puts it all together like Pinnacle!

Pinnacle also has worse CS than many D rated books. Their CS is difficult to reach, incompetent, and annoying. Bookmaker has similar issues. Sadly having CS that doesn't outright lie places you in the top echelon of CS. (BetPhoenix, every other scam book)

Really? I use Pinnacle customer service for questions from time to time and they usually get back within 30 minutes. Granted this is over email but I have never had an issue with their customer support. The only complaint is no phone support but they do just fine with email. Curious as to what your experience is. I agree with Bookmaker CS, it is bad. Live Chat unless you are a diamond customer and get the VIP support reps is horribly slow and incompetent and their email replies take 4-6 hours at best to get a reply back. That can get frustrating.

They respond. Its just tedious and most of the time a retarded response. "When will you be opening XYZ?" "Sometime between now and when the event starts." is a very common conversation with them. Or just a blatant inability to understand shit. Anything that requires even a casual bit of thought is far beyond most of these people.

30m is far far slower than any live chat/phone service as well. If you have a time sensitive problem, there is no way to get a faster response (well secret ninja phones).

That's one point they should improve. Most of the bookies have a live chat. But compared with some european bookies where you can be glad to receive a response within one day, it's fast. I wouldn't say that their CS is bad.

Payouts are very fast, even on non-american sports. Wish the same could be said for my local :/
