    Charging Back
You know, you see alot of threads these days, "I'm going to charge back because the site sucks"... People do your research on a book, make sure it's where you want to play before you pull out your little card that can cost gamblers millions.

Everyone bitches and complains "I'm going to charge back because I didn't get treated fairly", "their casino is rigged" or "I didn't realize there was a roll over with their bonus". If you don't read the fine print, you are I'd and you bring everyone else down when you start your great escape for beng naive!

What does a ********** do? It one sucks for your credit report, you make 100 transactions to the same site, suddenly your unhappy? You charge em all back? Banks hate this stuff, books hate having to deal with banks because the client says they didn't post the funds and everyone else who loves the A B C D rated books loses our because some loser charges back and it's the last straw.

You guys bitch and complain when a book asks for your ID, statement and a form or such authorizing the payment, yet a book cannot cover themselves legitimately as people think that a book wants to scam you. LOL Out of 100,000+ signups, you were targeted? Wake up people... it's a new era in online gambling!

If you can't adhere to the rules and regulations set forth, don't sign up, further more when your asked for docs either on registration or withdrawal, read the terms you accepted them!

I read threads day to day and see everyone bitching about the industry, if you don't like online gaming, simply put, buy a lotto ticket or take your chances with a local. At least they'll only break your legs and not ruin your credit when you decide to charge back.

    Just something to think about!

You charge back, someone suffers! The book, The client and the industry! We bitch about how the US brought on bogus laws on where you can spend your money... Talk to the peeps who charged back!

Books that violate their terms of service deserve every ********** they get.

Why? Because they void wagers and confiscate balances according to the same terms of service.

There can't be a double standard. If the players have to abide by the TOS, the book needs to do the same.

            ********** as much as possible.

              WTF?

While I agree that the ********** is a necessary tool to be used as a last resort. Why in the world would anyone say this?

That's also a guy that brags about not paying his debt w/ CW, and about pastposting whenever he can.

bragging about not paying CW debt? Yes.

CW told me he wouldn't send my withdrawal if I asked about it 1 more time, and also threatened to kick me off their site for using live chat too much.

I settled with them once, but will not settle my current losses.

Anyways -- pastposting whenever I can? Durrr. Eat xxxx xxxxxx.

This is such a lie and you know it.

You NEVER posted about this, you are the type of person that would have screenshotted the goddamn hell out of that. You've been posting for weeks about owing them and them being fools for giving students like yourself credit when you don't have the means to repay it.

I didn't post it, and I won't post full details, because I don't want them seeing me badmouthing them on here AND stiffing them, and then deciding to come kill me and my family

How can you make such serious allegations and then pussyfoot around proving them? Things like this make me lose respect for you, not that I had much to begin with. At the end of the day I can understand you being financially strapped, but that's why you should get on a payment plan.

You're the same guy that advocates charging back whenever you can, who brags about stiffing, who brags about pastposting. Do the right thing. Enough lies. Fact is, had you won instead of lost, you'd have gotten paid.
