Hi! Investigation is finally finished. They told me that they found person who abused my account and they will have procedure against him. They refunded me only 70€ and told me that the rest money cant be refunded... I dont know why they refunded me so little if they know I am not guillty... Is this case closed for me?

No I am not happy with Expekt solution... I ask them why they didnt refund me all money and they told me because I dint told them fast enought for abuse and money were withdrawed on that time... But this is big lie from them, because I told them just few hours after abuse was maded... And they locked my account immidietly... And they dont make withdraws so quick (even on moneybookers account I always wait one day or more...).Comment -

On my account was 45€ left, they refunded me 70, so they refund me just 25€ of abused money instead of 325
