#2Yeah there good just, there system is slow and buggy sometimes, other than that your normal -110 juice book that pays. Good bonus freeplay and they have insurance loss and reload bonus, so why not use them if u can.Comment -

#6Justbet is not a high limit book but they have always treated me well. I did some good business there last summer on baseball so hopefully that will be the same this coming season.
They have had a good Super Bowl promo going on.Comment -

#9Justbet has treated me very fairly. I went on a winning streak there a couple years back and got my limits reduced. Wasn't very happy about that, but continued playing. They used to give out a birthday bonus, but discontinued that, and replaced it with a cash back promo. After losing back the winnings, and calling in to ask for a higher limit on a game I had already bet my $250 limit, the customer service rep restored my limits to $1000 on sides and totals, and $500 for moneylines. After making another deposit, and receiving a bonus which included a casino freeplay, I played a little in their casino - even tho I am not a casino player. Well, I lost the bonus and then left the casino, only to discover that the "bonus money" that I had lost was deducted from my real money account! When I called in to ask about this, I was informed that I was required to lose my real money balance before any bonus money would be used. I has never heard of such a bonus before, and was a little miffed, to say the least. I ended up e-mailing the guy that runs the casino there, and he was willing to give me back the money that I had lost. Justbet is a good and fair book. The only down side is that they have very vanilla lines. Seldom will you find the best number there, if you are a lines shopper.Comment -

#13I forgot to mention that they gave me a $50 freeplay for letting them know about a bad line they had posted. I have done this favor for other books when I have seen one and had the time to call in, but this is the first book that showed their appreciation.Comment -

#16im new with them as well....no problems so far
got a 100% freeplay when i signed up which was fantastic
im smalltime, so most of my bets are between 10-20 bucks....i think its kinda weird that they dont deal with cents....my 16.50 to win 15.00 bets all show up as either 16 to win 15 or 17 to win 15...havent figured out the rhyme or reason for rounding up or rounding down, but so far im under the assumption that the cents are there, but there software doesnt show them..
does anyone happen to know for sure about this?Comment -

I have always liked Justbet. They always pay quickly, their CS guys are good (I used to chat with Scott one year ago, great guy). They used to offer a "Sharky" bonus (70% freeplay) on tuesdays and thursdays, but not anymore. The Superbowl bonus was huge. But the rollover is also usually huge
I played there mostly for baseball (10 cents line up to +134). Other lines are normal vig, and you will seldom find an opinionated line. Limits are in the low side, usually $500. All in all, a very good book for a recreational player, the B+ SBR rating is well deserved.Comment -

#18Yes, the cents are there. They are only rounded in the screen, but they are accounted. You can see your balance including cents in the casino.

yeah ive dealt with scott too....nice guy and walked me through pretty much everything for my first deposit
one more question....my computer logs me out after about 10 minutes every time...i understand it is for security reasons, but there doesnt seem to be a save my password option....or even save my acct number...
its pretty annoying to have to sign back in everytime i want to see a line or place a bet...is there any way around this?Comment -

#20More petty garbage from justbet... These guys just stole $1 from me.Like rebatewager, everything is done in whole dollar amounts there, but when I lost all my balance save for $1, they just took it. The CS rep told me that they secretly do handle breakage, you just can't see it anywhere in your account. They claimed that my balance was $.6, not a dollar, which they claimed gave them the right to take it from me. Of course, they never rounded breakage up for me in the 9 months I had money in my account.
I wasn't going to redeposit with them anyway because they are a crap book. Low limits, vanilla lines, bad CS, buggy software, virtually nothing offered on non mainstream sports, etc... I won't miss getting unsolicited phone calls from their spastic employees who are either coked up or suffer from severe ADHD. Even still, justbet's pettiness should serve as a warning. If they're so petty as to steal $1 from a customer, that would leave me very uncomfortable holding a large balance with them.Comment
