My computer was always secure enough... however this is something that can't be proven.

However there are many evidences that can prove my neteller's account info wasn't revealed.

Only my SJ info and in the final why these info be enough to ruin another's site account?

5 figures means at least $10,000. It shouldn't cost you much for a plane ticket to StanJames' headquarters.

No site, let alone betting sites, will remember your neteller a/c number or ID (or anyhting else for that matter).

The only way this can possibly happen is if you set YOUR computer to remeber WEB forms. Which means the alledged hacker couldn't have got your neteller ID's from SJ unless they used YOUR computer.

Also if somebody did manage to get hold of you neteller ID's, they could have spend the money on something more interesting than a casino site where they couldn't get any of the moeny back.

        Doesn't make sense. It's either:

        1. Somebody used your computer - 500/1
        2. A dumb hacker who (was clever enough to hack) managed to go to all the trouble of getting your neteller ID's then to use it on a site where he had no benefit 1000/1
        3. You are the person responsible for this. 1/500

          don't judging without knowledge...

SJ remembers all neteller info. SJ login is enough to ruin your neteller account. Read the first posts that is confirmed by other posters as well.

Giving odds for a fact without knowing the real circumstances makes you a bad bookie...

SJ does not remember the details, it's your computer that can remember the web form details.

option 3 price come into 1/10,000

tennisprofrance, you're wrong. sj does remember; it has nothing to do with web forms, payment details are stored by them.

French guy, chill out a little, there is no "web form", if you dont use Neteller you cant know, it is not the same procedure as with Skrill. Some sites really remember your secure ID, example is my case with betfred, when I changed my netellers secure ID, I couldnt deposit at betfred since they(betfred) remembered my old secure ID, and it didnt matched with new one.

First i lay my whole belongings to option 3 price 1/10,000

Then log in to your S/J and make a Neteller deposit. If you have done a complete transaction the first time, then S/J will never ask you again any Neteller info. Only amount and S/J password.

then you're looking in the wrong place (or they've changed it recently but i doubt that).
my sj-account has passed away unfortunately so i can't check, but at the time this guy filed his complaint (2011) sj definitely saved payment details in a rather idiotic way, enabling users to deposit through neteller with the click of a button and without any security. completely unrelated to any browser-specific way of saving.

betfred, boylesports, paf also saves neteller details, there is no need to manually enter secure id. I think it is bad decision to use system like this because it is easier to hack accounts even without neteller details.
