There are probably alot of reasons that they are a D book but Im starting to think a D is too high. Ive been waiting for a 4k **** payout for 2 weeks. I was originally told 7-10 days and what do you know...2 weeks later the money hasnt even left my betus acct yet and when i call cust service, they cant even give me any idea when i'll receive the payout. When i made my deposit, they were all smiles and very helpful, but now magically, no one has any answers. Hmmm

what baffles me is that although they are an obvious scam, they wouldn't allow me to open an account with them from the country where I was residing a couple of years ago.

As noted, it's not just that they've scammed players, but have a long history of doing it. I had an account there several years ago and to be honest all went well, but I was no doubt quite fortunate given the number of stories that can be read about.....

Well they do have a great bonus 100% or something but i think you give them real money and it then turns into virtual money of no cash value anymore.

Theres no reason to gamble at any sportsbook rated under a a+ and thats the truth. A+ only don't even use bodog with their A rating.

Lonh history of many many types of deceptions. A favorite trick is to promise great bonuses over the phone before you deposit and then when the $ get there they rescind the bonuses or say the clerk was in error or etc.
I don't have them rated as a D, tho, I have them as a solid B...............Be Aware and Beware !

They were the first book I ever used, mostly because I did not know about SBR beforehand, else I probably would have dealt with a different book to start. That said, my experience with them hasn't been too bad.

I started off depositing $100 into my account with them, and they would sent me cool stuff like log books to track my wagers, schedule books to show upcoming games, and a yearly swimsuit calendar (they send these things regularly to their customers). Over time I managed to win about $3,000 or so from them, but since I was using a bank account that did not allow **** ********* I could only take out $1,000 at a time, which was no big deal.

I called and requested that payout and it was put into my bank in about 6 days, again...no big deal. The second time I won though it was off of their casino...ended up nailing them to the wall for $5,000 in the casino alone. So much so that they kicked me out of the E-casino to do "maintenance." Well, I called again for a payout request, this time 2 deductions of 1,000 each. After about 3 days the money still hadn't been taken from my BetUS account, whereas on the first payout they deducted it as soon as I made the call.

I ended up going back into the "new & improved" casino and losing all of the money at the blackjack table, lol.

Simply put, i'd give them about a C at best, nothing more. i'm not bothered by them having a D rating though...I can tell despite my time with them not being too bad that it probably will only get worst the more I deal with them. If you can invest in another book, do so.

Actually they do, they scammed me out of $500 with their stupid bonus rollover requirement, so i figure i'll screw them over and bet on one of their nhp props Iginla more points then alfredsson turns out i know alfie was hurt. Iginla gets an assist on the last goal of the game, nope they cancel the bet for no reason. Yea bs i'll never get my money back

Hmmm

You not the 1st and you will not be the last. I played in Betus back in early 2005, it's when Neteller was still available. Even with that, they still had problems paying out. We'll, they delayed my payment for almost a month and I ended blow it all due to frustration. Never went back, been happy since with Books like Bet Jam and Diamonds.

Well, for me anyway I've concluded that for smaller amounts ($1,000 or below) they usually pay me within a week (it takes about 6 days for the process to resolve anyway). For amounts above the grand though, expect to wait a good while and call more than a couple times.

Having said that, as I stated in my earlier post...I'm fine with them overall, they were the first book I've ever used, so I do still place a bet or two with them from time to time.
