Hello everyone,
more than a week ago I asked a withdrawal of 800€ via Moneybookers from bwin but the money has still not reached to my account jet and unfortunately I have 1700 more euros still on my account. The sum does not include any bonus and I have no other account in bwin. I have uploaded my ID, called to them and sent e-mails but they have failed to give me a date when I'll receive my money. I also give you a short summary of my questions and their answers via e-mails and call centre:
1. When 3 days had passed (which is very long time in my opinion to process a withdrawal via MB) I sent an e-mail asking when will I receive the money. They answered please upload an ID. BUT I HAD ALREADY DONE IT 2 DAYS AGO


2. On day 4 I asked again when will the money arrive their answer was everything seems to be fine with your ID (oh really!!!) and there should be no problem. We think that the money will be on your account today or tomorrow.
3. Day number 6 and still no money
I call to the helpline and ask the legendary question WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY? The answer was that the security department has still not checked my ID and cause it is weekend it will take 1-3 more days.
4. Today I sent an e-mail and asked the absolutely latest possible date when the money could reach to my account (how hard could this question be for a decent company???) they answered that my ID is sent to the financial team and they(customer upport?) have no influence over the time it takes for the financial team procerures....
So it seems to me that I' not the only one that has this problem. Could anyone give me advise how can I get my money from bwin in this century.
