Two days back I had opened a thread explaining my grievance about not receiving 25% bonus in the following thread:-
I had been a loyal customer to bookmaker and was mad after that happened.
Anyway, after I opened the thread, Bookmaker gave me a call and apologized about the incident. They also offered me $100 freeplay in return of the mistake they made. They also upgraded my level from platinum to diamond level.
This was the kind of feedback I expected from a A+ rated book. Bookmaker has always been a classy book with 'customers are always right' attitude. I am happy that they called me yesterday and resolved this issue. Thank you Bookmaker
