it was delay with the neteller(weeks) and then I have to take another choice. it cost me 240$ in fee.

#6By the way, there is only one dispute open right now (that hasn't been published). I am still trying to get more info from the player, but the initial investigation tends to show that Wagerweb handled the dispute properly.Comment -

#7They are more of a D at this point. In SBR's defense, they can only react to problems that they are told about and I know of some very shady dealings on WagerWeb's part that people didn't bring here.
On the other hand, I have read some stuff reported here that I thought warranted more reaction from SBR but they just seemed to shrug it off.
For years, WagerWeb was fairly good for one thing and one thing only - bonuses. It was their only strength. Their lines are not competetive. They have weird restrictions on props. They overcharge on payouts. They used some very distasteful shills at times. They have some very cheesy policies like they say you are getting a free payout but what they actually mean is they are moving a chunk of your money from cash to freeplay.
Just cheesy and crappy - but they had good bonuses.
But in the last ~9 months they went to war with their own nature. They started targeting players taking bonuses. That would have been fine except they have been so dishonest about it. They lie as a matter of routine and have resorted to thievery.
WW wants to be a "recreational" book. They want uninformed players who deposit and play crappy lines and lose. I can't blame them for wanting that. There are quite a few books that do that. But most of them at least offer something, good customer service, speedy payouts - something. WW wants those uninformed players and then they want to lie to them and slow-pay them. It's hard to see a future in it.
I got out last September and have been warning others to do the same. Just today I received another e-mail from a contact who is having trouble with Wager Web and who says they wish they had listened to me.
Sorry, I'm not trying to be a know-it-all douchebag. I'm just recommending, don't play there. It's a D book.Comment -

#12Justin, incorrect. Per Bill Dozer, my dispute with Wagerweb will remain as an open case with SBR until WagerWeb pays me in full (approximately $40,000). Since that will never happen; I am sure WagerWeb will never be higher than a "C" rated sportsbook in SBR's view. Which is really ridiculous because they are not even close to a "C" rated sportsbook - more like a "D" or "F."
Regardless, Justin, you seem to always forget that the company that employs you, SBR, has clearly stated that WagerWeb was in the wrong on my case and they owe me around $40,000 (I don't care about your personal opinion; I only care about SBRs opinion). Now having said all of that, because they are such a shitbox organization, I will never see this money - but don't say the case is not open - it is definitely open - check with Bill Dozer.
Oh, I forgot ROBMPINK - please don't respond with your opinion - we know WagerWeb is great in your opinion - what a joke! Just wish you had the courage to admit you worked for them - sad!Comment -

#13Nice summary Mudcat. Personally, they did pay out my balance without any delay to speak of (though if I remember correctly, the payout limit at that time was limited to $1000 via Neteller). However, I've never had my limits reduced so quickly and so drastically as occurred with WagerWeb, but that's their right of course. As far as I know, they are the only book that makes Bet 3.65 look fairly tolerant in regards to their clientele.
Odd though, that I continue to intermittently get emails from them encouraging me to redeposit and to do so by contacting so and so. I've actually done this, and asked if this means my limits (Between $0 and $20) will be increased, but that request invariably ends the discussion as surely as a door slamming in my face.
Anyway, I'd never go back regardless, as they certainly seem to have a few issues of late and their rating seems to be in a bit of a freefall.....Comment -

#15It is regrettable how these threads keep getting taken off into this sideshow between WWS and robmpink.
There is a serious, important message here: don't play at Wager Web. They are an amateur-hour sportsbook that treats players like crap.Comment -

#17Justin, my dispute is still an OPEN CASE with your company. That was my point. And, it will remain open until I am paid in full. Hopefully, the owners of WagerWeb will wake up one day and fire their pathetic management team and want to be an A rated SBR sportsbook - you never know......
If you don't believe me about my case being OPEN with SBR - call your boss.Comment -
