Then, I decided to create my account

I created her, deposited 100$ USD

After this, I went in the support chat, to ask and remove some doubts

In this moment, for my surprise, the man agent support spoke to me that my account now was locked, pending verification, without to speak reasons for this

But ok, until here, is fine

I made the request of verification phone call

The agent support called me in this moment, and we made the verification and confirmation of account

After this, I entered again in the webchat. Now, the agent support spoke to me that I sent my ID

Ok, I sent my ID (driver license) photo and one letter account utility with my name and address

Today I received the confirmation of them speaking that the confirmation of my doc was ended and my account was verified

But, my account continues locked!

Now they spoke to me to wait one letter in my house with one code to confirm my address

This is ridiculous!

I have to wait 3 or 4 weeks, to can to start to use my account?!?!

I deposited in 2010 and only can to use my account and my money in 2011?!?! Ridiculous!

Why they not unlocked my account and allows me to use my account, with my account, while I not receive this letter?!?!

They can to place restrictions in my account, as to remove withdraws, to remove bonus, but allows me to use my money!!! At least!!!

I never see this before with any, to deposit in one year, to verify phone call, to verify id doc, and only to can to use the account in next year!!!

I've heard of them doing that before.
Which country are you from? It seems to make a difference.
I opened a new account with them a couple of months back and was able to operate it within a few minutes. Not that it was any use to me as they discovered I was an old customer and my Mickey Mouse limits still applied!

There was a very similar thread a couple of weeks ago about this with another player.

My conclusion was the book should make it very clear exactly what they expect players to do BEFORE they receive the deposit. If players know that before they can make their first bet they must:

1. send photo ID and utility bill
2. chat with customer service
3. wait several days to several weeks to receive a letter in their physical mailbox from the book with a secret code.
4. chat with customer service

How many players would say "Nope" and choose to deposit with another book -- probably many.

The real kick in the nuts happens to players who deposit first and then are surprised to be informed of delays. It can understand why guys are pissed off when the book puts that several hundred (or more) dollar deposit in the pocket and then makes the guy wait for days or weeks to make the first bet. A lot of these players need their fix of sportsbetting and they need it now. Not after the holidays, not 7 to 14 business days, not next year - but now!

I will admit I haven't looked at this book's terms of service or sign up page. If their policy is written there then it is somewhat more acceptable. The problems arise when the players send money and surprise, surprise "your account is on lock down. see you in a couple of weeks when you finally get the postcard we send. Oh yes, we'll going to keep your money right here in our pocket until you accomplish these tasks, buddy!". RAGE!

sometimes they are very paranoic as to verification.. They even could ask you to send them the real photo where you are standing with your id in the hands..

I use 365 also and before I deposited I made sure my account was verified. If you do the phone verification thing, your account should be good to go. I don't see why your account would be locked if you did that verification.

It doesn't makes sense. Maybe you are opening an account from the same computer ip adress of another account and that is why they are giving you all this trouble.

Only logical explanation is that they bring their security requirements to higher level and we cannot do anything about it.
