Is overtime always included in second half over unders? Steelers FieldGoal to win in ot made my under bet lose. In my opinion I won that bet because at the end of the second half they scored less than 20.5 points. What's the normal ruling on that kind of bet?

Yes, the rule says 2nd half bet includes over time. Probably true for all sports, except soccer perhaps.
