Bodogs customer support is gradually getting worse. At one point, I thought it was excellent. Now its really just a person who speaks broken English and pastes an automated response. Not to mention they will tell you to call half the time, and then tell you the same exact thing they told you in Live Chat.

Still decent support I guess.

If the promotion didn't specifically say you had to bet $50 in a single bet, you should be eligible for the bonus. I guess math isn't the strong suit of Bodog's CS reps.

I receieved the $30 bonus and an email from one of the bodog supervisors stating that these promotions get triggered by their system and the system didn't detect that I bet each game twice totaling over $50. I'm glad it was sorted out, but wish that the original CS contact would have been more useful.
