I'm trying to fax them a copy of my credit card. No how light or bright I print it doesn't come out clear enough. I have the type of card that you have to look at the card at an angle to be able to see the number. When I try to send them a picture of my CC through email I receive a message that the address has permanent fatal errors. What do I do next?

Find an online program that will convert emails to faxes. I used to use send2fax many years ago. It might cost $10 or so to sign up. Ant there might be other options out there that are free. I'm sure a quick google search might offer some solutions for you. If you use this you can use the scan or photo you took and send it to the online service which will then turn it into a fax for you.
The other option is to maybe take it Kinko's where they can perfect the imaging of the printout you're making so it actually goes through allright.

I took pictures of my credit card with my cell phone and printed out a large copy and faxed it. Everything worked and thanks for asking.Comment -
I think they give everyone a hard time when they send credit card copies, saying they cant read the numbers or some nonsense just to frustrate the player and postpone the payoutComment -
