I wouldn't worry about it.Most likely a small glitch and it will be taken care of.Never had a problem with those guys in 5 years,cant say that for a few others.

still waiting, i am hoping its just a 5 day hold... still a little concerned that the bank cannot verify the check.. and when I talked to betjm, they're not exactly the most helpful people on the planet

I received a check on November 4th, and deposited it November 6th. My bank hasnt said anything like that. So I assume mines good.
But I've heard about this happening before. Just call them BetJam and tell them your check came back invaild. They will hook you up.
Best customer service around, IMHO. Brush up on your Jamaican speak before you call though.

Well it looks like the check finally cleared.... After talking with my bank and with Betjm several times, my bank was finally able to verify the check and the hold is finally off..The moral of the story is a) betjm is legit with paying even if its scary, b) use **

I requested one yesterday and today Fed Ex called and left a recording with the tracking # saying it will be delivered today. Great job like always Bet Jam!

ive been dealing with them for like 6 years, and a perennial loser, but from time to time they never disappoint on the same day payouts, they just expensive as ****
