Ok....Thanks. Just wondering what the norm is for instant deposit withdrawals....first time withdrawing, so was just looking for some assurance. Ill give it another couple days before I worry.

It was processed on Wed. morning at 3:43 AM so hopefully it hits today, but a friend told me he didn't think banks processed instant deposits on Monday. (Not sure why they wouldn't) Today would make 4 full business days since it was processed. Ill keep you posted.

I have used this twice was in bank account within 48 hours, Now I requested one last Wed , it is Monday and no sign of it, I called them they told me to give it another day or 2 if nothing call them back. Not sure why it was so quick the other 2 times and taking longer now, but it does have me worried.

i requested one for just under 1500 late wednesday night of last week, was processed a few hours later, was received monday afternoon (this was the only wierd part as i expected it to be in 1st thing monday morning or the close of the banking day but it hit sometime mid-afternoon).

still think this is the best way to go as it was quick and easy and no hassles with waiting for a paper check and worry about the bank holding it/etc.

Mine was processed the same time, still nothing, did you get yours ?

for an amount of 1500 or less the bank isn't going to care where funds came from especially if you've made instant deposit deposits before

It's Monday night and instant deposit has not hit yet. Thats 4 business days now. So if nothing comes tomorrow Im going to give them a call.

Just did the live chat with 5dimes, and was told it should hit tomorrow. He said tomorrow will be 5 business days and it won't take longer than that. It was processed Wed morning at 3:43 AM, so I was thinking this was the 5th bus. day (wed, thur, fri, mon, tue), but maybe one of those days doesn't count.

keep us up to date. i think you were supposed to get an email from a canadian bank telling you they were going to make a deposit into your bank account

I have never received an email from any bank about instant deposit....just email from 5Dimes confirming payment has been processed

I'm not sure why i received this email then but i guess if you got didn't get it and still got paid than thats good news for the OP. It was just a wierd email that had the amount i was cashing out and some other info and said they were going to make a deposit from them into my bank. The subject line was in french, i almost deleted it lol. This was separate from the email i received from 5dimes about the payout being processed.

Welll it's been 6 full business days by my count and still no money into my account. Tried to contact them tonight, but the accounting department is not open so they said to call tomorrow. Little frustrating, but what can you do.

Ok other people must be in the same boat. I had an instant deposit $1500 processed Monday morning (348 AM). Hopefully funds will arrive by Friday, they told me they definitely would. Had a check for $3000 bounce with them last week, still waiting on the voided check to arrive by mail from my bank to fax/email to 5dimes. Another check for $3000 just arrived after a 2 week delay, I'm giving it a 75% chance to bounce. This is getting really frustrating. Have won big with them lately, but am definitely down over the long haul, so they should have no reason to hassle me. Rarely do I get a straight answer from CS. I'll let you know if/when payouts clear, but it's becoming impossible for me to justify depositing with them if this doesn't get resolved.

Spoke with customer service and they said "the instant deposit check was sent back and we have to count 10 days from the day it was sent to you and then we will resend it" Sounds like a bunch of crap, but thats the story. Not sure why an instant deposit deposit has any check involved because it should be account to account transfer. So to recap....October 27th fedex check was processed.......November 2nd got email saying they had mistakenly not sent check, but they will do instant deposit deposit for free.......November 11th am told instant deposit deposit was sent back to them (no reason as to why it was sent back) and that they have to wait 10 days from when they first sent it to me, to resend it to me. So Im supposed to check back in next week to see if it has been resent, but Im not counting on it.

its actually the same thing as a check, its just done electronically. a 'wire transfer' is what you are referring to in talking about account to account transfer. instant deposit/echek can indeed bounce just like a regular check.

anyways i hope it all works out for you.

Just got that email in French over here. instant deposit payout processed on Monday. I'll let ya'll know if/when it hits my account.

Well this morning my account no longer shows that my payout has been processed, so spoke with CS and they said the funds get sent back to them and then they would put it back in my account. They Told me to call back later today and hopefully the acct. department would put the money back, so we will see what kind of run around I get later. My question is, if they just put the money back in my account, should I request a different method of payout, since FedEX and A-C-H both failed on 5dimes part.
