About the 40% re-deposit bonus in legends

Sorry but i don´t find the thread of this Legends bonus. Tell you what happens to me. In sbr chat told the bonus is finished but they have one of 33%, and as i read somewhere it finish in january i went to the legends chat and there they told is available yet; so i don´t know what to do. i think in sbr chat get wrong because they thought i was asking about the first deposit bonus. I wrote lou yesterday but don´t recieve any answer. What can you tell me about it?. Thank you and sorry again for the new thread.

Can you only claim the 2nd bonus once. Also, do these ever bother to reply to emails, and is their live chat down at the moment? Hasn't been working all day for me in firefox or chrome....
