I never had money stolen by jazette but have been shown the door on 4 or 5 skins.

Similar tale here. On 31st October, had a balance of $3500, placed a bet of $2000 and went to bed.

Woke up to find my account closed and $3000 being sent back to me. Winning bet of $2000 @ 2.75 was voided.

Complaint filed.

I would like to report than brobury have re-instated the bet and all funds have been received.

They still refuse to explain the reason for the account closure.

Unexpectedly received my deposit back in full today following my sbr complaint. I don't know if you guys had anything to do with it(SBR) but if so thank you its appreciated. I have received no communication at all from Brobury. I would be wary of betting/depositing at this book still. Extremely dodgy.

I spoke to Brobury on this dispute. They didn't want the player's action, and closed the account. They refunded his entire deposit (which was more than his balance).

To be fair, I haven't seen Brobury mishandle any disputes or rob anyone. They are a Jazette book -- perhaps the only one I would consider posting up at (but they probably wouldn't want my action).

BetUSA. To be fair, I can't remember ever having a complaint with them either.
