I'm going to go out on a limb and say there are select US players @ Pinny.
The question is, how big do you have to bet to get in?

Not be a smart ass... but if you have to ask
Anyway if you want pinnacle numbers look at
Parlaymakers
I have had no issues with them(well a few minor ones) but do a search here and form your own opinion

Pinnacle numbers go much deeper than just .07 cent lines
You let me know what Parlaymakers starts hanging lines before 90% of the books in the market, offers pinnacle odds on parlays/teasers/if bets/etc., accepts $20,000+ max wagers, pays out and does it quickly, and most importantly does not limit winning players or close their accounts.
Until then lets not use their name in the same sentence as Pinncale.
These books are nice outs to have but I have seen them before and they are highly prone to going under, it is very hard for a book to tail pinnacle lines close enough to where they do not open themselves up to a lot of risk. It is much easier for a book who sets the market price to offer .07 cent lines than it is for a book who is just piggy backing somebody else's line. I would not leave too much of my bankroll at a shop like Parlaymakers.

US citizens can get an account at pinnacle if they can 'prove' that they don't live in the states. For me, I sent them a utility bill, a bank statement, and my costa rican driver's license.

I'm sure there are some people with out of country IDs who can mask their IP address, but it seems like a ton of effort for the return unless you're a really big bettor.
I miss Pinny, but there are still good books for US gamblers.

Pinny still has a big US Based business, but it's on the Credit side.
It's hard to find one, but if you do, treat them like gold. On the weeks, I owe my Pinny agent, I pay him on Sunday just to make sure he is taken care off.
Good news this week though, we will not hit my settle figure!

Years ago I asked them this question and their policy was that I could log into my account in the states to view my balance and view lines, but that I could NOT place a wager.
