I can only apologize to you guys who are suffering at our poorly architected interface--we are continuing to work to improve--and to provide a streamlined alternative version as well. They tell me it will take two weeks--will let y'all know when it's ready.

Thanks to those of you sticking up for us and sticking with us. We are punching above our weight in player services, in promotions and will sooner than later do likewise with our interface as well. Thankfully these issues aren't effecting everyone, all of the time, but it's enormously painful when it does and will be sorted.

Expect to unveil *** as a deposit/payment option very soon and also working on a debit card solution for payouts....

Just an FYI to everyone - Alex has been extremely responsive and helpful to me during these issues. He is very open to player feedback, and is determined to get this working right. I have been one of Betonline's critics, but I really believe that if/when they get this platform running, they will be amongst the best books out there.

I have also made the following recommendations for the next version to Alex:

A couple of recommendations for v2 of the software, if I may:

1. You must have a way to recap your pending bets better. Requiring a click on every bet is awful. Maybe another button that says summary, with just the short details of the wagers would do fine......... (highest priority)

2. An easier way to see your daily figure like every other book would be helpful. (medium priority)

3. A way to place open bets/fill open spots without calling in would be cool. (low priority)

4. Some will want games listed in rotation order..... I have no issue with time order however. (low priority)

excuses escuses...they are a sportsbook, they have to be able to fix the software from such obvious errors in a FEW DAYS.
This is not god damn monopoly money, how can you guys defend crap like lines changing on you AND cutting down the confirmation AND not being able to cancel the bets? Ridiculous, an ordinary guy would get fired for much less.
And no this is no BOL rant, i'd say it for every book that pulls stuff like this.

I really liked betonline when I was trying it out. Ive yet to deposit there but played a while with an sbr bonus I received. I have to say though, there was a couple questions I had about lines and and when they came out, etc........ Basically very simple questions and CS Had no clue what I was talking about. I finally quit asking them anything. But all in all I liked it and was thinking of depositing there if right bonus came along.

Don't forget, the owner personally picked out this software. Was it superior or just cheaper than ASI? Being ambitious in your software is not what a gambling website is abt, just user friendly and get the bet down correct. Greek stuff is ugly but efficient.

I agree with your recommendations. #1 especially!

Alex has been the 1 bright spot with my experience with Betonline! He has been very open to feedback and has even put up with my negativity. He understands mine and everyone's frustration and seems to be the only person who understands our concerns!

I was able to take my funds out today and they paid very quickly!

I will probably take another shot with them once things are normal!
