depend on the what you want...If you interested europan leagues (esipecially soccer and basketball) and their livebet yes you should have.
I think there isn't any different reason. because it has terrible lines.It is safe.Definitely not like 5Dimes but safe. (I don't care Sbr's nonsense europan book raitings betway D- , Bwin C, Betsson B, Ferrari D , Citroen B+ I think americans can't see here)

Yes, they are safe, in the UK we wouldn't even bat an eyelid at signing up here, they are a massive well known name an they are financially sound.

There is a possiblity of a problem at any book of course, but 365 is as safe as anywhere.

Agree with that..... I have seen them advertising in the industry for all kinds of "investigation" type jobs, so that leads me to believe that they have a well developed department who closely monitor the accounts of winners, and as Hareeba says when the limits come they are pretty severe - you can end up allowed £30 on a Premier League or Bundesliga soccer game for instance.

It is - but it tends to be a quick route to getting limited to pennies on the horses. If you have interests other than horses or the 4/1 offer, I personally wouldn't touch that offer, as an unlimited account will take bets of thousands on big leage events.
