You made a bet at the price stated and it didn't change when you went to confirm? Its still occurring for me................its not even worth logging into BetOnline if that is going to be the case.

BOl has recently stated 1) lots of squares like the software, 2) the owner personally picked it out, and 3) their business is up. So...... who needs to worry with software.

I have had many problems with the software! Nothing about changing prices on me (yet)!

I'm down to my last $70 with them today. Gonna bet it all and if I lose I will be DONE with this place!

The software problems heavily outweigh the benefits!

i seem to only have problems with it when i'm on a slow connection, but i don't know why they can't offer a more basic layout as well as the one they have now

they are experiencing the same problems for those of us who could not see later games on
board and the initial odds never updated(firefox for me). you could still make a bet on games
showing wrong odds by putting it again at the updated right odds but if it was not on board
no bet. that is y on most things they probably did not have much change in volume.

now what seems to be happening is only the initial offering is recognized. any updating of odds
or games added to board do not show up. today's examples i noticed were mlb and mls. i was able
to get normal use by switching to i/e

My understanding is that Betonline is coming out with an alternate version of software, but it will take a couple weeks to develop. I eagerly await!

Tried betting the Celtics and getting a message that the game is not available to bet..they are showing -3 which is clearly stale (-4/-4.5 depending on the shop now). Usually it just advises me the game I am trying to bet has changed, but its not even allowing me to bet it now.

Spoke to customer service and wagering.

Always entertaining.

It might behoove them to make this known ahead of time, so that there aren't a bunch of complaints..........so l0lz

Have patience as long as they are working on doing something with the software... imo they are still a great book based on their bonuses they are offering which are more than generous.

It is working for me in IE, but not Firefox....... could be because of the Firefox update, which is about the time I started having issues again.

Agree with everyone here. BetOnline is too big an operation to have these types of glitches. They need software that matches the level of human service.
