Greek certainly offers e-check, at least for Canadians.

Are you sure either takes echeck from USA ? I tend to doubt it.

5Dimes does offer it to U.S. player, but they limit you to $300 though.

TheGreek doesn't currently offer Echecks for U.S. players goldengoat.
