Thats inexcusable. I have done a book to book transfer to Bet Jamaica from Matchbook. Process time-less than 1 hour.

My guess is Bet Jamaica wants the money first before completing the transfer with BOL.

I don´t know what happend with my reqest. The one I just spoke to on live chat said she could not see it. I decided to cancell it and leave my money at betonline. Have had absolutly no problems with bankwires earlier, so I guess and hope this was just a personal mistake from a live chat rep.

Cris says the same thing. It appears to be a CYA issue. Jazette says this as well. And the most I wait for ewallet is like 48 hours. I even find stuff getting processed on Sundays.

If you keep paying out quickly, word will get around.

Transfers between BETJAM, MATCHBOOK, BOOKMAKER, and 5DIMES, have never ever taken longer than 24 hours........and most have been done in six hours or less.........

Why are you having trouble "getting responses"??

at least they changed the message on their cashier page. it used to say processed in minutes depending on the book. still not happy if this takes days to complete. i know 5dimes has always done theres the same day for me but at least they are upfront about the time frame on the website now.

Bubba, I would suggest that you take a valium when you request your next (third) book-to-book transfer from BOL. It would probably help prevent the panic from setting in, and allow you to not have to post hour-by-hour updates like you've felt the need to do on your first two transfers.

I would have thought that after the first "might take 5 days, actually took 3 hours" episode, that you'd be a little more relaxed during the second transfer (which ended up being a "might take 5 days, actually took 4 hours" event).

its true, i get nervous when i request a withdrawl and there is any sort of a delay. i do not want a heart attack myself, i will take your advice

Betonline has been great. Their online wagering is not compatiable with my iphone so I call the wagers in. They always pick up. Always a different wagering clerk too. Always nice. Other books like phoenix ring for ever.
