i cant think of a reason to take all this time to grade nfl wagers. its not like these are obscure prop bets. pisses off customers and slows down business. makes me question there whole operation if they cant realize why this is bad.

Unfortunately they are typically slow to grade. Soccer is even worse, I've had them take 2 hours to grade an English Premier League match.

Any book should grade a major sport within minutes so you get a chance to lose ASAP.

They are slow to grade because their grader already gone home and they don't really care if you win or lose.

I don't know why the grading is so slow, but it does seem to be unacceptable. I'd be interested to know if someone like Justin7 has some insight into this.

but they should want you wagering on as many events as possible as much as possible. i had thousands and thousads of dollars i wanted to wager on 4 pm games. i could not as all my funds were locked up even though games were finished for 15 minutes when 415 games went off. they lose commisions. if there are lots of people like me they lose hundreds or thousansds of dollars in commisions (a guaranteed form of revenue). great business model they have going there.

I have wondered about this for years. I have spoken to them on at least 5 occasions about this same issue and i usually get some non-sense about the delay in them getting the report of the result. One time a girl over there apologized and assured me that they would improve and it improved for 2 days and then back to waiting for 12 hours to have some overnight rugby match graded. Crazy stuff. I can live with it as long as they keep paying. With how poorly they run things I have a bad feeling about the future of that place.
