In order to withdraw from the freeplay, you must first make a $100 deposit. This seems like a weird requirement.

Yeah it IS a two-step process--sorry about that but eliminates the "I didn't CONFIRM my bet" discussions.

AND we do have to have onerous T&Cs on promos to protect the book. But ultmately we're fair and I'm here and as you know can bend the rules for friends at SBR if you have more than a dozen posts or so.

Get back in there with that freebet...

This is the third outstanding betonline247 slow-pay complaint. SBR is continuing to attempt to discuss the payout statuses with betonline247.

A new betonline247 (SBR rating D-) withdrawal complaint has been reported to SBR. On September 6th a player requested €800 from betonline247, and has not received the funds. The payment method the player chose was Moneybookers. This is the second outstanding betonline247 sportsbook complaint. SBR is following up on the payment complaint.

Not as fast as we like but within the parameters setup and agreed with our payment processors. I don't know who those wankers are and wish I could squash their trademark infringing domain... be nice.

BOL gives great bonuses, but some of their representatives on live chat saying that they dont accept Turkish customers, and some others say yes we accept Turkish customers. Very confusing.

So do we have to deposit $100 in order to cashout winnings from the freeplay?? If so, this isn't a "free-play". I don't mind rolling over the freeplay 5x (I'd even do it 10x)? Plus the T/C's say deposit must me made within "5 days".

Can anyone clear this up e.g. is it worth messing with this?

I'm wiling to deposit $50 with something like a 2x roll over but other than that its not worth it.

I dont even care to be honest with you Ill never ever use your book again I confirmed the bet and it won i come back and no winnings and the 25 freeplay still in my acccount I know how to use sportsbooks so i got screwed thank god it was for free money

Man you probably didnt confirm because it has happened to me at this book too. I dont have this problem on other sites but its not a big deal.
On another note I got a lightning fast payout from BetOnline last week via ** in about 3 hours and the only time I have ever been paid that fast was from VIP.com. Good job Alex. Your book is getting alot better than a year ago but still not in the top tier of books such as BetJamaica,Bookmaker,The Greek,5Dimes, and VIP.com. Yall are however the best of all the rest which is pretty good. To join those guys all you gotta do in my opinion is start taking tennis parlays and cater to the player a bit more when we try to send money no matter what time of day or night it is. The sales team calls daily asking for deposits but when I try to send a big one they cant get it done. Not bashing you just trying to tell you what us 7 day a week players have to have. Yall are pretty solid and on the right track.

Took the $25 freeplay if that is even the correct term considering you need to deposit to withdraw freeplay winnings.

Anyway put it on the Eagles +160 tonight and turned it into $40 dollars. So let me get this straight I can't win more than $250 on it and I must deposit $100 to get my winnings. I don't fully understand can someone explain? Why not just make it a can't win no more than $150 then?

The software has been behaving MUCH MUCH better. Lots of players really like it--expect some big improvement in v2--including a beta test, there's a concept new to our old development team!

Of course we cap payouts on a ND bonus; your not risking your own cash, we are going to limit the liabiity for our cash. And of course we need you to deposit before we can pay your winnings--proves who you are. We do have KYC and AML rules under our Panama licence.

And mathdotcom, ALL the player services reps are hot--in all shapes and sizes. We have several Miss Panama candidates on the team.. come down and see!

I think there are other ways to prove "who we are"......the cap of the freeplay and the 5x rollover i can understand, but having to deposit (especially $100) to "prove who we are" is a bs lame excuse to get us to deposit.

So basically this deal is "you get $25 in freeplay when you deposit $100..."

This is exactly what it is. I am not singling out betonline because this is the norm when it comes to marketing at most books, but I don't appreciate being misleaded.

Its actually very different. You can play the $25 before you invest anything. Lose? Walk away. Win, and you could potentially have a 250% bonus on your deposit.

Yeah sorry guys; you want money for nothing? go to well, ummm... someone who'll never pay you. We ain't bait-and-switch and we've never not paid nobody (lots of double negatives in there...our owners take huge pride is ALWAYS having paid players).
