First off, Welcome to the SBR forum Rangers

You shouldn't have any issues what so ever when it comes to receiving a payout from VIP. In fact they offer Echeck withdraws for it's U.S. players these days, which helps cut down on your transit time.

On your rating guide it says "no USA" for VIP

Do they accept U.S. customers now?

If you were one of their customers prior to them announcing they stopped taking U.S. clients you got grandfathered in, and you can continue to play there.

Never a problem with VIP. They may cut your limits but they will pay you.

I have played there before but not since they stopped taking new U.S. players

Would I be able to still play there even though my account has been at 0 for 2 years?

If your still in their system and have had an account for 2 years even though it wasn't funded. Then your Ok unless you already received the boot from there IMO. However, it's always best to ask them before depositing.

Yes, they still want established players to use the book.

They have always had very good retention and it has gotten better since focusing all their attention on current users versus marketing, sign-up bonuses, and risk mgt.

Even with the VIP service they will have a shrinking base. We will have to see what they decide to do.
