When I opened my account at Legends, no one said there was a 10% penalty on my entire balance if I closed my account without a 1X rollover. They're crooks. If SBR gave them an A+ rating, then I wouldn't trust any of the SBR ratings.

#2Dave,
Most books won't let you withdraw until you rollover at least once, sometimes more.
Did they tell you before they processed the withdrawal?Comment -

#7Hi Justin7,
Does this somehow mitigate fraud? If this is their policy, they should tell you before you deposit money in the account, not after.Comment -

#9these posts have to stop..you would think every book out there is in the business to take your money and are the worst to do business with. I opened an acct with lengendz and asked them if there was a rollover etc....they pay your deposit fees and are in business to book action not to be a bank of sorts.Comment -

It shows your immaturity when you come on SBR and complain about a 1x rollover. Why even deposit if you're only going to bet some of the money you deposit and then withdraw it immediately?Comment -

Your balance goes to you minus any ** fees they covered...that seems fair. But again, they should of warned you of the penalty for early withdrawal.Comment -

#16Hi Extra Innings,
They deducted the ** fee. I don't have a problem with that. Then they deducted 10% on the balance of the account. That I have a problem with.Comment -

#22You just have to read the rules on all the sportsbook before depositing. Also keep in mind that sportsbooks are not banks. They were not created to store money(because this can be used to launder money), that's why a 1 time rollover exist.Comment -

#28If it is boiler plate, but EVERY one has the same rule, it's reasonable. I wasn't even aware that some books let you withdraw before meeting 1x rollover.
I'm sorry you're upset. I can see how a person would be surprised by this if they never had bet before... but if you're new, it's more important than ever to read the rules and learn how things operate.Comment -

#30Why did you deposit that amount in the first place unless you were planning on betting the balance at least once? I mean I can come up with possible scenarios but all are on the sketchy side and probably aren't things that would make any book want you ever as a potential customer... In other words I think there is alot more to the OP story as it makes no sense to deposit (I'm making up numbers) say a dime if you only going to bet a couple hundred and want a withdraw without a least having the intention to put the money in action at least once and (if the OP was trying something similar to what I have in mind) he should have been aware enough to having taken the time to find out the rule about rollover given that these type of rules are pretty universal and the outcome of not providing any significant action was a likely outcome of OP's deposit...Comment
