happens all the time to me. i call them about once a week and complain. there is no excuse for how long my funds are unavailable to me at times. sometimes a half hour or more. makes no sense not to automate it.

they really should improve their website performance to reduce site's technical problem.

had to tell them to correct to missing funds. really hate to do that. If I didn't talk to them that some of my unmatched bets were disappeared with the funds, will they return the money to my account automatically? I really dun want to do that again.

yes, and they keep telling me it is working on there end, i have tried everything ,but it won't load
