    ************* and DSI
    Hi guys,

I'm a very casual bettor and use Diamond (betdsi) online. Last week, I funded my account with $25 from ************* (after their 2.50 fee). After I funded the account, ************* emailed me and said I had earned a free $25 bonus, and to claim that bonus, just go back to their website and enter the code in the email and click "deposit." I did that, and $25 was in my ************* account which I used at dsi again.

Now a few days later, ************* tells me that the deposit did not clear, as the bank account is closed. I checked and I have two bank accounts listed at eWallet... one was closed a year ago that I never removed, and my newer one that I always use to make deposits.

DSI also wrote me and said I need to settle up with them or they'll send my account to collections, and they don't understand why this would happen since I've been a great customer for over 2 years.

Did anyone get the "bonus code" and have the same issue? I've tried to explain it to both parties and I'm waiting for a response. But now my eWallet account has another -30.00 charge for "account in bad standing" on that -25.00 that "didn't clear." So it seems as if they're trying to gouge me for even more cash.

    Thanks for listening guys.

I don't understand... Did the ewallet take the money back from DSI or not? If not why does DSI have a problem if the ewallet is the one out the money? Based on your explanation here I'm guessing you didn't do a good job of explaining the situation to them...

If you selected to do the withdraw from the checking account that is no longer active it sounds like you owe the ewallet $55... Basically it's the same thing as writing a bad check to any other business in that they are going to want some extra money if it was your mistake...

hmmm can you post exactly what they said to do to get the bonus? I doubt they said to click "deposit" again. That sounds shady and DSI is an upstanding book from everything I know.

I was reading the post as if he got the bonus from the ewallet... Maybe he will clarify?
