I get free bet promos from oddsmaker all the time... Although a quick search will show you that you are unlikely to collect if you win so they probably aren't worth bothering with (unless you want to pretend like you are getting real action when you probably aren't)...
As others have mentioned you see others once and a awhile (I've seen a couple from the betpoenix group in the last couple weeks) but you need to get on their email lists (IE signup for accounts) and scan through their spam on a regular basis... I also see alot more of these associated with online casinos then sportsbook... And way more likely to get them if you made a deposit in the past instead of just looking for no deposit bonuses...Comment -
