I have been doing this for going on 8 years. I have played at every book you can imagine. All the A+ down to B books available to US Customers. I've never seen such great customer service. I had an issue where I bet a bad line on live betting in baseball last night. As in I was the one getting screwed. They put their trust in the customer and agreed to grade it as a push. Not to mention their response time was something like 30 minutes. I didn't need to launch a complaint with SBR or wait for them to do a long investigation. Contacted live support around 10:30 this morning. Half an hour later the dispute was settled. I also had a couple other issues in the past and they were extremely responsive and helpful as long as you contact them during normal business hours.
Best lines for U.S. players and fastest payouts/lowest withdraw fees in the business for low juice book (via gp).
They have a few kinks to work out, but they are definately run by exceptional management. I hope these guys stick around!
