I was placing bets thru Win4Real on Friday and Saturday when they started having all sorts of technical problems with their website. 502 bad gateway errors, 404 website not found errors, only parts of the site loading etc... It was a real mess trying to get a bet in before the games started. On Saturday I get the betting screen to load and get a $500 bet in on Cal for the game. I hit submit and nothing happens for a while. Finally the box with my bet in it reloads and the bet amount is still in there with the little submit box unchecked. No green confirmation screen, no confirmation number. So I go to hit submit again and as soon as I do I look up at my account balance and sure enough it is $500 short. Of course the second bet goes thru crystal clear with no holdups and I get a confirmation number. I immediately contact live chat and tell them the problem and how messed up the site has been and how I didn't get a confirmation number on the first bet. They acknowledge that the site is experiencing issues and then tell me there is absolutely nothing they are going to do for me. I ask to speak to a supervisor and they tell me that a supervisor won't talk to me on live chat. I say fine who should I ask for when I call in and they tell me no one. They then try to get me off the chat by asking if there is anything else they can help me with, like the first problem never existed. I again ask to get a supervisors name so I can call directly and magically my online chat was ended.
Luckily I ended up winning the bet, but the other $500 was supposed to go to the 1st half. If it hadn't been a blow-out I would have been sweating the final out. Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that this is the lack of service win4real provides. If I had double placed the bet I could see how they could say no but when they acknowledge their website was flawed and still do nothing it's time to find another book.
