This is exactly why I only deposit via ** or ** Learned this the hard way. Books always giving me that it's wasn't clear enough send it again. Or i'm sorry we didn't recieve it. Send again. Big hassle.

Best way to send forms documents and images is to scan them then attach via email. I have always had trouble with faxes.

you guys are missing the point i've already jumped the documents hurdle once and was paid out i should be good to go since its the same VC card as my last withdrawl.

is a huge hassle but i did it once a ******* pain in the ass now they are trying to

Sounds like it's the same credit card but a new processor. They need documentation authorizing the new processor, which they currently don't have. I don't see a problem here.

How is that my fault they switched processors? i sent them 2-3 months ago and they paid me said ok you are good to go now nope... They dont keep these things on file ?i think they do.

Nevermind Linda in CC department just gave me the ok ... wish i could just by pass CS and talk to them when theres a problem... All is well in Teaserpleaser land

There is no problem here, when I used to deposit with cc's, regardless of book, I always had to re-submit docs when they changed processors. Even though your using the same card they need another signed form with the new processor's info on it in the event there was a dispute of the charge. This is why I only use **/** now. Hate all the paperwork

Same exact thing here. **/** is the way to go if you don't want the hassle.

Santo is right. It's a trade-off... The convenience of being at home and depositing on the fly or going to walmart to do a **. It's either a little harder on the front end or the back. This is par for the course, unfortunately, in today's online gaming environment. 5Dimes is top 3 in terms of getting money to players post-Neteller. Their ability to pay without a hiccup, while everyone else had at least one, was responsible for their last upgrade to A+.
