Heritage Scratch Promo?

Anyway got this in the mail, (please see attachments) never signed up with them until now, got on chat and they gave me a promotional account for 250.00, rules: no deposit ,10X rollover, 20% max bet, asked chat about "20% max bet" told I could only play 50.00 a game. Forgot to ask max payout, figured let me get through the rollover right?

Well I didn't receive an invite, but with the pics the guy posted here I thought I'd give it a whirl. I went to their site and said I received the scratch and filled out the rest of the form. It created an account for me. I went to live chat to have the $250 added, they said to call. I called and the gig was up. You can't just create the account. They have records of who they sent the invite to. I looked at the pic and didn't see a serial number so I thought I could take a chance. No record, no account.

The hype about them, atleast getting in. I guess they have a lot of contests and if you deposit only once a year you are elig. Magically money is placed in your account, from what I hear, I would assume if you give them some good play. Better to have then not.
