    Jazette 101
Dear Bill, BBD and the other friendly SBR Mods:

I always have a ton of problems with the Jazette books. So here's what I know and please let me know where I'm wrong or where there are gaps.

First, the 3 books that are having independent management from Jazette are Betusa, linesmaker and sportsbetting.com. Are they still considered Jazette? Are they separate companies from Jazette?

Now with this win4real thing- apparently they're owned by sportsbetting.com? To me this is just strange perhaps because I just thought they were all Jazette. So this leads me to believe that sportsbetting.com is separate and distinct.

This isn't going to be a pretty thread I assure you.

From my understanding the ownership for those 3 Sportsbook.com-hosted books (Betusa, linesmaker and sportsbetting.com) have agreed to make decisions independent of Sportsbook.com, and seem to be committed to addressing future issues in that manner as well.

Right, BBD, but then for example you have win4real and who is the owner? Well its a sisterbook I think it was said of SPORTSBETTING.COM. So now this makes things murkier. See what I'm saying.

I'm going to try a diagram lol.

      sportsbetting.com ----Linesmaker---Betusa---JAZETTE------(other owners?)
      l
      l
      l
      win4real

So does linesmaker have its own sisterbooks? How about betusa? Are there any others related to sportsbetting? Etc.

I must defer to Mr.Dozer () on this one NG, because I'm as lost on this subject as you are.

You really do need some kind of graphic or chart to show who is related to who and how. The "Family" view on the rating guide give a good idea but players will have to read the mini reviews to get a better idea of how there is an affiliation. In a lot of cases, it is as simple as being hosted in the same operation.

Sportsbetting.com and Win4Real.com used to call its ownership group Real Entertainment. Their license lease was bought and sold and they were tossed in with the other Sportingbet sites. The site owner/licensee took his brands another step away from the Sportsbook.com Family by going on what they call a software-only deal. It looks like it is actually more of a wagering-only deal. Sportsbook.com Family (Jazette) requires them to keep the software on the server. They also work off the same lines although the brand owners have the ability to change or add them. Win4 and Sbetting.com are the same operation. If you had two accounts with both and unknowingly ,or knowingly, exceeded one book's limits, you should be paid before the accounts are merged where Sportsbook.com will steal your money.

Linesmaker.com is owned by the same person who owned the Futurebet book Linesmaker.co.uk. He was stiffed by Futurebet, closed the UK site, and moved balances to his Jazette .com site.

It looks like he may have bought Iwager.com. We have not confirmed that as of yet. The previous owner of that site stiffed a player in October 06 and we will see if we can address that.

If Iwager is his, it may mirror the Linesmaker grade in the future. Their licensee lease if for full Jazette services. They use Jazette processing unlike Sportsbetting.com/Win4 that is trying to do their own.

BetUSA was the first book to use SBR for quality control when they were under Sportingbet plc. They used to also own Gambling.net. The licensee lease for Gambling.net was through World Gaming Ltd while BetUSA was under Sportingbet. Both were white label managed by the same CR Sportingbet facility but when World Gaming Ltd went broke it was sold to BetOnUSA/Oddsmaker Group. Gambling.net was then sold to them.

BetUSA shares ownership with BetUK which split off when Sportingbet put its US-serving books in Jazette. The Sportingbet UK operation was always different with software and service center.

                Hey Bill,

Are these 3 (linesmaker, betusa, sportsbetting) the only 3 that somehow have some type of independece from Jazette or are these just the ones that have some type of "good" independence?

Also, win4real is a sister of sportsbetting, do the other 2 have any affiliated sites?

                thanks,

                  Do a **********.

Can you ********** for more than you actually charged?

That would be awesome if people started charging back like $1000 on $100 deposits.

It would totally serve those sons of bitches right.

Nothing beyond what was mentioned above. Hopefully other books will come forward wanting to clean up their debts but so far that is it.

Players can try to write to the "webmasters" and ask them why they let Jazette rob their players. If a Sports.com came forward to clean up their shop it would mean a lot of players get their money back.

PlayersOnly, Superbook and Sportsbook.com are owned by Jazette.
