    BigJuicyOdds Up BetRoyal/SBG Down
Just wanted to let everyone know how great BigJuicyOdds.com is and how crappy BetRoyal.com is. Obviously I was scammed by Betroyal earlier this year with a bunch of other people. For the record there was absolutely nothing improper that went on. Betroyal knew about a group that was betting the same plays from a tout and got embarrased that their line makes got beat so they robbed us all blind. Upper management (Eduardo Agami?) are a bunch of greedy pigs that do more harm than good to the off shore industry. And Marco and Randall are just a couple of lying scum bags. If you find yourself taking to one of those idiots, your money is already gone. And now I see their site is "down" constantly. I don't know if it's because they don't know how to run a site or if they angered the wrong people, but whatever the reason I hope they are suffering from the loss, but worry that more people will have their funds stolen. My screen name you ask? Well, during my research I discovered that Randall at SBG/ BETROYAL has a nasty little habit of asking women in the office if they could come back into his office and help him shred some documents, but when they get to his office they discover no shredder, only Randall with his pants down. In a country full of cheap hookers, and this poor guy still can't get laid.
EVERYTHING you have read about BigJuicyOdds.com is true. They staked me my stolen amount from BR/SBG and never asked for any deposit. Yes, I had to complete a 20X rollover, but for them to "give" me the money it was still a great deal for me. I was able to complete the rollover and still have money in the account. BigJuicy paid me out WITHOUT A SINGLE PROBLEM. I have now withdrawn in excess of what was stolen from me @ Betroyal. Charlie Stanton was the biggest reason for my positive interaction with them. She answered ALL of my questions along the way. And yes, THEY HAVE BIG JUICY ODDS. -103 IS THE NORM. I have left a good amount still in the account and plan to keep playing there. I would suggest people give them a try. I would understand people being hesitant about a book w/ -103 lines, but they have been fantastic to me.

Now if they would just provide a small measure of customer support--as in, answer emails--they might get some customers who weren't desparate.

How about "former bet royal customer who was robbed by SBG Global and was bailed out by BJO and is expressing how he feels about the two companies"? Considering that Bet Royal / SBG Global robbed over 30 players in a blatant case of outright theft.

                          Back

Hey. Just wanted to let everyone know I wasn't a shill or anything. Unfortunately, I had a death in the family and was away for a bit. Here goes:

I had heard about their customer support issues. I was treated extremely well. Perhaps it was my situation, I don't know, perhaps it has gotten better. For their sake I hope it does, it sounds like it may be causing people to hesitate. Like I said, I highly recommend them. The payouts came rather quickly. I think it was 2 days or less for a **. I had a small problem with one (my fault- lost E-mail) and they were able to help me right away. They caleld a guy at home and I was picking up $$$ 20 minutes later. Next question, ball park $10K. I am not a shill, nor am I a disgruntled former employee (nor am I a victim of Randall's shredder routine). Curious is correct, I am a victim of SBG/ Betroyal, just like I said.

And one last point I have is that some people have said that since the BJO people had bailed SBR victims out, they had no recourse with Betroyal. I have to disagree. BJO deserves props to the highest level for what they did, but it does not change the fact that Betroyal stole almost $9k from me. If they had not robbed me, I would have continued betting and I would have an additional $9K today. I don't, therefore, how does this somehow erase that fact that I was robbed? Betroyal, SBG and all the people involved are all scumbags. Show me one person who does not work for SBG who thinks what they did is legit, or even someone who thinks there was syndicate play. Somebody needed more money for hookers and blow and used us as their source. Everyone should take notice, because those people are doing waaaaaayyyy more harm than good to the industry as a whole.

That is the question many of us have been trying to find out. They rode in like knights in shining armor and have evidently bailed out some folks--but they don't answer emails and don't appear to be soliciting any new business. So we are not really sure what to make of them.

We don't know what is the max on the 10% bonus they offer. We don't know the roll over requirements of that bonus. We don't know these things because they don't respond to questions. Tough to send money to people with virtually no CS.

Jury is still out if they will survive, but it is obvious they have all the business they can handle/want.

Not recommend playing with them, but Royal has been paying out super quick these past couple weeks via bankwire. Full disclosure, I still have a small balance with them, but they have paid out over 80% of my balance in the past couple weeks, no issues.

Agree that SBG sucks. However this thread belongs in the State of the Industry Forum as it deals with sportsbooks. It will benefit by the move as there is four or five times the traffic in that forum.

laker: After a ton of BS with my first withdrawal I haven't had any issues with Royal paying me. I'm not currently playing there (I have a .46 balance) but I didn't have any issues. I may go back there later but I'll have to see. Right now I'm giving sportsinteraction my hard earned $$$ and while I haven't requested a payout I did deal with their customer service the other night and was quite pleased with them.

Once I request the pay out I'll let you know. I'm up just over 2K there from my initial 1K deposit. I don't like keeping too much in the lower rated books.

As long as you can stay under the radar at Bet Royal and keep your balance low you probably have no worries. They do have some very weak lines. I have encouraged people that I know win more than they lose to open an account there and take advantage of their weak lines, just always pull your winnings out right away. Best way to stay under the radar: Do not take advantage of "bonuses" or specials unless they are the standard account opening or preload bonus. Don't ask for a payout until you have exceeded rollover requirements by more than the required amount. Do NOT refer anyone to Bet Royal and do not let anyone claim you as a referral. The referral bonus is not worth the extra scrutiny that all accounts receive when they are part of a referral "network". I heard from someone who used to work there that any accounts that are linked to any other accounts via referrals are watched closely. They can do this automatically through their software.

So, if you win more than you lose, open up a small account, hit 'em hard and pull your winnings out every week or so.

Curious you are 100% correct. Outside of the initial bonus I've never asked for another bonus. I was keeping about 1K in there and if it got close to 3K I withdraw back to 1K. I have done this more than a few times. I would never refer anyone there because if something happens I don't want to be held responsible. For me if I lose 2 or 3K to them that would be fine as I am up much more than any balance I would keep in there.
