Call up Justbet by phone and bargain with them.

Start high
i.e. If you want a 100% cash bonus, you ask for a 200% cash bonus.
They get off the phone, discuss with whomever, and then get back to you.

If they say that you're too high and they don't want to talk to you- you get off the phone.
Call them back in a week, or so.

Betjam, Greek, Bookmaker, Bodog are pretty rigid.

Betphoenix, Wagerchief will work a deal if you talk to them on the phone.

To my experience: talking on the phone is way better than chatlive.

I opened an account there two years ago and after a week of waiting after my deposit I didn't see any money in my account. They didn't react to my email. I had to call to Malta and Austria and then both my deposit and bonus were credited. I can't recommend this bookie. Plus this type of bonus offer many well known Caribbean bookmakers.
