I have been using ****'s at some of these books and the Sportsbook.com family is the only one that has not asked me for anything like that... As a matter of fact I am sending in copies right now to BOL for verification...

Yes they do ask even if they are pre paid cards... I am assuming they don't know if they are or are not pre paid cards...

I have used pre paid ones and they have asked me to send sh*t in...

Yeah I used sportsbook.com with my **** CC no problem to deposit and then withdraw

I saw they have a bad rating so dont think going to deposit there, going to try out both bookmaker and betJm I think

as long as you fax or scan a card that obviosuly says something like 'simon giftcard' or all access or vanilla, they know it's prepaid, so would they seriously have the balls to ask for utility statements, etc?

Well yeah that's what I mean they make you send in a scan of the card.. Sportsbook.com family is the only one I know that doesn't ask for sh*t UNLESS you do their new ECHECK withdraw method... If you do that then you have to send more then that even... you have to send in bank statements to boot...

Rob, I've deposited with my Cards on Canbet A-, they've not asked me for any documentation yet when I make my cashouts yet.
