I chose Zvonareva -210 for $42 and they graded it as a loss even though Vera won the match. I decided to do live chat with the customer service and they said Maria won the match in 2-1 set. I told them to check WTA site to confirm the result that Vera won the match. They refused to do that. Such a bogus and crappy customer service by a third rated gambling site. Good thing I never chose them as my main book.

Zvonareva did indeed win. If the facts are as you state, it looks like a simple misgrade which I expect they will correct. If they haven't already caught it on their own, just call them and speak to someone else.

All bases straight bets after initial under bet on HOF game. I've had no problems with grading so far. Seems like a nice deal.

My question, assuming I have a balance at the end of rollover, is do I have to withdraw it? What if I want to establish a -105 account, would I have to withdraw it and then turn around and send it right back. I would like to assume you would need only $100 to establish a real account. Seems odd to have to just send money back and forth to do that. Also, lets say you reach $200 and still have rollover left, I guess you are then betting to win nothing but rollover.

Not to get ahead of myself right now, but it would be nice to know.

Gonna give some update guys. I tried Bet Phoenix live chat again and they said they weren't able to fix grading issue on the live chat and had to call the manager during business hours. So, I called them through the phone and talked to the manager. He said it was a grading error and he would fix it as soon as possible. But, the funny thing was I had to wait another 5 hours after talking to him on the phone to see my money back. So, the error was finally resolved but it took a lot of hours and efforts to get them fix the grading error. I stand by my original statement of Bet phoenix having crappy customer service.

That's only for the initial 50 dollars free play. During your 8 times roll over period, you can bet on whatever you want. I did that and I just finished my 8 times roll over requirements this morning. I can confirm that you can play -300, +300, even parlay and teaser. No problem for me at all.

Most of the books take the risk money as part of roll over, but for Bet Phoenix they are totally different. They choose the lower number between the risk money and the win money. For example: if you risk 40 dollars and only win 20 dollars, only 20 dollars will be counted toward your roll over requirements. I had to bet over 350 dollars just to finish my roll over requirements. Then I had to pay additional 30 dollars (for **) to withdraw money. Not a good book in my opinions.

Actually most books use the lesser of risk vs win. BP is following the industry standard.

yes. cs clerk can't do this, you are expecting too much.
the best way is to email and attach link of the official report (from wta website).
then sit back and watch it re-graded.
good cs should tell you the above.

I used the free play on Hall of Fame game and I won with my bet on Dallas. I bet on the tennis and baseball games as part of my roll over requirements. Tired of explaining multiple times to idiots, who can't learn how to read.

I think he bet the HOF game with the FP, judging from post #10. He then took the majority of his winnings and bet $42 to win $20 on a tennis match that won but was misgraded. That's my understanding of the situation.
