Betphoenix Payout Request-possible dispute

So last night, I spoke with live chat help on Betphoneix and was told I was 500 dollars of action away from a payout ( to fulfill rollover requirements). I spoke with another gentlement via live chat hours later and he informed me the same thing. With that being said, I bet on just about every game out there to meet the requirements.

This morning I call to make a ** for my payout request, and the woman informs me I was 2 grand short of being able to do this.

After a bit of discussion, they admittd that both of the employees made a mistake last night and told me the wrong number to hit my rollover.

What is wrong with this book? I have had issues in the past with a payout request and ended up blowing all of my money because I was frustrated with not being paid.

The CSR informed me they would talk to the guy in charge in 2 hours tos ee if there is anything they can do because they had made a mistake in calculating my rollover requirements. I would not have bet so wildly ( and lose 35 percent of my bankroll last night) if it were not for them telliing me exactly what I had to bet to get a payout today. I feel used..

I will update this thread in a few hours to inform everyone of the status. Will this book make right? We will see..

PS.. down about 3 grand with this book and all I wanted to do is take out 750.. keep in mind, I have never been paid by this book.

I always write down how much is left of a rollover requirement, just to stop these sort of disputes.

Thanks for the feedback.. I had been tracking my progression towards this and just asked them yesterday to verify my calculations were correct.. they were.. I even bet double what they told me last night to be safe that they could not get out of paying me today.. clueless...I will keep you all informed.

Why are you so desperate for a payout? If Bet Phoenix tells you bogus info, just roll over the 2k without making a bunch of stupid bets and then cash out. Never to play there again.

Jesus christ people LOOK UNDER BET HISTORY!!!!! add the lower amount of each wager (risk or win) if this number is less than the buyin times the rollover you got more action to give. CS don't know what is going on it is there job to get you in the door, not hold your hand, well unless you lose all the time then you can get some help.

Log into the BetPhoenix New Version. Click on HISTORY, then type in the from and to dates.

You can then add your previous wager amounts yourself. Don't forget its the smaller amount of the risk/winnings that goes towards the rollover.

Thanks for the support guys.. Well, things did not end up favorably today.. They admitted that both of their operators miscalulated my amounts towards rollovers.. they would not bend and I cannot get paid out.. hopefully I can get hot and reach my rollover and make them pay
